The agreement

Keviio is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). By downloading or using Keviio you agree to the Standard EULA and to these Terms. If anything here conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA wins. Our Privacy Policy explains how Keviio handles information.

Free and Keviio Plus

Keviio is free to download and includes 50 saves of links, screenshots and photos. Notes and lists are unlimited and never count toward that number. Keviio Plus is an optional subscription that removes the limit and unlocks extra features, as described in the app and on our pricing section.

Your saves are never locked or deleted because of your plan. If your subscription ends, everything you saved stays on your device and you can keep opening, searching, editing and exporting it.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal

• Keviio Plus is available as a monthly subscription ($5.99 per month) or a yearly subscription ($29.99 per year) in the United States. Prices in other countries may differ and are shown in the app before you buy.
• The yearly subscription includes a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid yearly subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the same price unless we tell you otherwise in advance.
• Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.

Canceling and refunds

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings: on your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Keviio. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid for.

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your content

What you save in Keviio is yours. It’s stored on your device and we don’t receive it, so we don’t claim any rights to it. Because your library lives on your device, you’re responsible for keeping backups; Keviio lets you export everything at any time.

Using Keviio responsibly

Please use Keviio only for lawful, personal purposes and respect the rights of others. Saving a copy of a web page or a video link for your own reference doesn’t give you rights to that content; it remains the property of its owners. When you share a collection, make sure you have the right to share what’s in it.

Other services

Keviio shows previews, articles and videos from websites and services you choose to save, such as YouTube, TikTok and Vimeo. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms, and we’re not responsible for their content or availability.

No warranty and limitation of liability

Keviio is provided “as is”, as described in the Standard EULA. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can’t promise it will be error-free, that every link preview, price check or text recognition result will be accurate, or that a website will stay online. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in the Standard EULA.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll change the effective date above when we do, and significant changes will be mentioned in the app’s release notes.
