Your saves are never locked or deleted. If you stop paying, everything you saved stays right where it is.
Keviio Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, purchased in the app. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it anytime in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription. Prices are in US dollars and may vary by country. Is Keviio free?
Yes. Keviio is free to download and includes 50 saves of links, screenshots and photos. Notes and lists are unlimited and never count toward that number. Keviio Plus removes the limit and adds extras for $5.99 a month or $29.99 a year, and the yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial.
What counts as a save?
Links, videos, screenshots and photos count as saves. Notes and checklists never do, no matter how many you make.
What happens when I reach 50 saves?
Everything you already saved stays exactly where it is. You can still open, search, edit and share it, and you can keep writing notes and lists. To save new links, screenshots or photos, upgrade to Keviio Plus or delete some older saves. Your saves are never locked or deleted.
Is my data private? Where is it stored?
Your library is stored on your device. There is no Keviio account and no Keviio server that holds your saves. Text recognition, sorting and the smart helpers run on your device, using Apple Intelligence where it’s available. Keviio has no ads, no analytics and no tracking. The privacy policy lists every network request the app makes.
Do I need an account?
No. Open the app and start saving. There’s nothing to sign up for. Purchases go through your Apple Account.
Does Keviio work offline?
Yes. Your library, search, notes and lists all work without a connection. With Keviio Plus, articles you save keep a clean copy that you can read offline, even if the original page later disappears. Playing videos and loading new link previews need a connection.
How do I save from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or Pinterest?
Tap Share in the app, then choose Keviio. If you don’t see it, scroll the row of apps to the end, tap More and turn Keviio on. You can also just copy the link: Keviio saves copied links automatically the next time you open it. YouTube, TikTok and Vimeo videos play right inside Keviio.
Can Keviio read the text in my screenshots?
Yes. Keviio recognizes the text in your screenshots on your device, so a search for a word like “seat” finds your boarding pass and your concert tickets. Screenshots are also sorted into piles such as receipts, tickets, reservations, recipes, chats, places, shopping and codes.
Is Keviio on iPad, Mac or Android?
Keviio works on iPhone and iPad and requires iOS 26 or iPadOS 26 or later. There’s no Mac or Android version at the moment.
How do I cancel Keviio Plus?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Keviio and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Your saves stay on your device after you cancel.
Can I export my data?
Yes, at any time. Keviio exports a zip file with every original file plus a readable manifest of your items, categories, collections and tags.
Does Keviio Plus work with Family Sharing?
Not at the moment. A Keviio Plus subscription applies to the Apple Account that bought it, on all of that account’s iPhones and iPads.
I bought Plus on another device. How do I restore it?
Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account, open the Keviio Plus screen and tap Restore Purchases. More help is on the support page.
